Pa, moram da probam, ako meni ne ubrza proces, onda možda pomogne nekim drugim potencijalnim igračima.

Dobio sam e-poštu u kojoj se kaže da su moji dokumenti verifikovani i da sam juče položio KIC, ali danas sam dobio još jedan podatak da se dokumenti prosleđuju upravi na verifikaciju, što je malo zbunjujuće. 🙂
U svakom slučaju, vidim da je moje povlačenje još uvek u istoj fazi kao što je bilo pre punih 6 dana kada sam ga tražio, a to je "obrada".
Iznos i nije nešto visok, ja sam deponovao 97 evra mislim, što je nešto više od 100 dolara, dobio sam bonus, ispunio sve uslove i tražio povlačenje 447 evra sa mog bilansa koji je bio oko 600 ili nešto više u to vreme. Maksimum je 500 EUR po povlačenju (nisam siguran za nedeljni limit). Ostatak od 150 sam izgubio isprobavajući različite slotove.
Podrška za onlajn ćaskanje me je obavestila da povlačenje može da potraje od 5 do 14 radnih dana nakon završetka KIC-a... Kada se sve uzme u obzir, za prvo povlačenje možete sačekati mesec dana da bude poslato, što nije prihvatljivo za bilo koga igrač mislim.
Mogao sam da razumem da li je dobitak ogroman, ili samo nije korišćen bonus na depozit i odlaganje da se završi povlačenje da bi se uverio da tu nema ničeg lošeg.
Ali igrač koji je deponovao, u relativno nepoznatom kazinu, dobio e-poštu, broj telefona, lične dokumente i dokaze o adresi za koje garantujem da su u redu i da odgovaraju mojim podacima na računu, ovo je nešto što ne izgleda dobro. Verovatno sam do sada odmah ponovo položio polovinu ili sve, ali nema šanse da napravim novi depozit dok ne dobijem povlačenje i odgovor na pitanje "Da li svako povlačenje traje ovoliko dugo ili samo prvo?"
Još jednom, to je povlačenje u BTC-u, a ne putem bankovnog transfera, i to se može uraditi za nekoliko minuta i nekoliko klikova.
Podrška je takođe napomenula da je ovde u Casino Guruu odgovore koji su napisani od strane starog tima (vlasnik/menadžment)... U svakom slučaju, i dalje mislim da bi ažuriranje ove stranice i javno odgovaranje trebalo da bude važan deo njihove marketinške strategije jer je to rezultat broj 1 za ključnu reč „FatBet kazino pregled" na Google-u, ali i drugim pretraživačima.
Ako je svo ovo kašnjenje samo da bi me nateralo da otkažem povlačenje i izgubim ovih par 100, to se neće desiti 🙂 Rado ću ponovo uplatiti depozit, ali da vidimo koliko će trebati FatBet kazinu da ga pošalje. Očekujem to danas jer je sve ostalo, zaista, smešno dugo za ovu industriju (naročito povlačenje kriptovaluta).

I got email saying my documents are verified and I passed KYC yesterday, but today got another saying documents are forwarded to management for verification which is a little bit confusing. 🙂
Anyway, I see my withdrawal is still in same stage as it was 6 full days ago when I requested it, which is "processing".
The amount isn't really something high, I've deposited 97 Eur I think, which is a lil' bit over $100, got some bonus, met all requirements, and requested withdrawal of 447 EUR from my balance which was around 600 or so at the time. Maximum is 500 EUR per withdrawal (not sure about weekly limit). The rest of 150 I've lost by trying different slots.
The online chat support informed me that withdrawal can take from 5 - 14 working days after the KYC is done... When you take all into consideration, for 1st withdrawal you can wait a month to be sent out, which is not acceptable for any player I think.
I could understand if the winnings were huge, or only no deposit bonus was used and delaying to complete the withdrawal to make sure there's nothing fishy there.
But a player who deposited, on a relatively unknown casino, got email, phone number, ID docs and address proof sent which I guarantee they're OK and match my info in account, this is something that doesn't look good. I'd probably redeposited half or all of it immediately 'till now, but no way I'll make new deposit until I get withdrawal and answer to question "Is every withdrawal takes this long or just first on?"
Once again, it's withdrawal in BTC, not via Bank transfer, and it can be done in minutes and couple of clicks.
The support also mentioned that here at Casino Guru, the replies that are written were written by the old team (owner/management)... Anyway, I still think updating this page and replying publicly should be important part of their marketing strategy since it's a No 1 result for "FatBet casino review" keyword on Google but also other search engines.
If all this delay is just in order to get me cancel withdrawal and lose these couple of 100s, that ain't gonna happen 🙂 I'll gladly deposit again but, let's see how long it will take FatBet casino to send it. I expect it today because everything else is, really really a ridicilously long for this industry (especially crypto withdrawals).
