So yes my account is fully verified and the reason they say is there is a lot of people waiting and it will take a long time but if I deposit 30 more dollars I will receive it in 5 to 30 minutes and I have been told this when I deposited 50 dollars previously. I am not depositing anymore cash they owe me the money and they need to pay it plain and simple. I appreciate any and all help very much. Tha ks Chris cave

I certainly wouldn't deposit either because I understand when a casino asks for a verification deposit first to verify your payment method. However, if you have deposit once 50 for such a purpose and the casino asks again, I would be cautious. 

However, I have already mentioned the 14 days we give casinos, so let's see if the casino will be able to pay by then.

As for the screenshots, they basically describe what you wrote in your first post about depositing more money. So I recommend to wait how the whole situation will turn out and not to deposit more money until it comes. Our team will try to help you with an open complaint, so I wonder where we will get to.

I was just wondering if anybody has successfully cashed out from gamblemax casino. I have just over 1 million dollars that is in my withdraw balance but I don’t want to waste 50$ verifying my account if I can’t cash out

Hi, so having a million far away on your account is extreme. I mean, in a case like this, it's probably not unusual to make a deposit in order to make a withdrawal. 

Anyway, do you already have a verified account with the casino? I think that you would not be able to withdraw this amount at once and I would be curious to know how much the casino would allow you to withdraw. 

However, the deposit would have to be verifiable in order to withdraw, but the best thing to do is to ask the casino if that is the case. If you have any problems with your withdrawal let us know so we can try to help you.

I have done everything that was required to withdrawal the winnings. They are telling me that it will be a long time and if I want to deposit another 30 I would have my winnings in 5 to 30 minutes. They previously stated to me that I had to deposit 50 to verify my account then I did that and they said I would have the money in 5 to 30 minutes. So this is probably too good to be true. They keep telling me to please be patient there are a lot of people waiting for their money. So I am probably going to take legal action if you guys can't help me.

I understand the situation you're in, and I certainly wouldn't want to be in it myself. I would certainly not spend any more money because I do not think it is necessary to do it more than once. So, in this case, we will have to wait and see where your complaint goes from here, because Kristina should be responding soon. If nothing is resolved, then legal action would be an option. However, I don't think it will take a short period of time either, so I would wait to see how the complaint turns out and then proceed to that option. What do you think ?

Hi, I've moved your post here under the experiences of the players in question, who are also talking about this casino, and I see that you have the same problem. I understand if the casino asks for a verification deposit, but this is exactly the case I was dealing with the player before you today and they want another deposit from him and they say that if he deposits a second time the money will come faster. 

However, just the fact that you came to the casino via Facebook seems to me to be a little bit that I would be careful and watch out. How long has this withdrawal situation been going on ?

Hi, in this case I would recommend you to file a complaint with us, but so far the casino hasn't responded to any of them. So I'm quite skeptical if they will, but I don't want to get ahead of myself and see how they handle the other complaints. 🙁

Yes, I also saw that they have a chat on their website. We are trying it through support as the casino has almost no contact details. So I am very curious if the casino will respond to the complaint or will give up on it. I have also seen that the amounts involved are quite large, so I am a bit skeptical whether the casino will resolve these cases. 😕

Yeah they need to be shut down if not and I'm not sure what state or country they are in. It seems as I read something about california. Not sure but I was going to contact the gaming commission for help. As well as you guys.
