Yes exactly. Maybe I should have walked away but this is the most exciting win of my life. I've been trying to hit big for so long, I thought I may as well enjoy it. Now I'm trying to get some of it back and I can't. That's why this feels so unfair. If they won't pay me, then why let me deposit so much of the winnings in the first place??

Upon receipt and review of proper documentation, we are in the unpleasant position to freeze their account and disable the withdrawal option, as international AML standards indicate."

I have no clue what seems to be the issue, the only part closest to the clear thing seems to be the casino got alerted about your account the moment you started asking about the purpose of the proof of income.
