Do you have any recommendations or tips on where to start?

I have a Binance deposit address linked to Hunnyplay, which should be KYC-approved. Beyond that, I’m not sure where else to begin when it comes to finding contacts or identifying a legal entity to sue.

I also found a website called Alchemygames.io, which seems to be the platform Hunnyplay operates under. They provide an address, but it looks like it might be a shell company. Additionally, the game providers that supply Hunnyplay with live games and slots must work a legal entity, right? Would it be possible to obtain this information through a lawyer to help build a case?

Hunnyplay has withdrawn over 400k to Binance in the past 90 days. Their business seems to be doing well, so I don't believe they lack the funds to pay us. I’m currently waiting for their next response, but if nothing promising comes from it, I’ll seriously consider pursuing legal action.

Unfortunately, I won't be of any help here, even if I wanted to. I have no experience at all when it comes to cooperating with lawyers or pursuing legal action.

I think i will contact the game providers first. They should have legal information about the company that they are providing services for. Otherwise, I’ll try through a lawyer to obtain information. But for now i’ll wait for Hunnyplay message to update us begin November. If that is not satisfactory. I look further into this


It is sad to see such behaviour from a casino goes without consequences. They have been withholding money from multiple people without good reasons. While other/new players can easy withdraw amounts bigger than us without any issues. But i guess those players will run into the same problem after they win BIG

Vidim da ste iz Holandije: S obzirom na to da je hunniplai u principu legalno 'nezakonit' kazino, možete podneti žalbu KSA (Uprava za kockanje) ako sam dobro razumeo, oni takođe mogu da vam pomognu sa bilo kojim pravnim koracima i onda će takođe biti kažnjen velikom novčanom kaznom da se ovakva praksa ne ponavlja. Uzgred, prijavljivanje KSA ne dovodi do konfiskovanja dobitaka ili bilo čega sličnog, tako da su oni samo sigurni. Javite mi ako vam mogu pomoći u bilo čemu!

It is surely not without consequences, though. The casino gets black points for every unresolved complaint, like yours, and then it'll sow on its safety index, which will go down.
