Hi all ,


I was unexpectedly confronted with this issue . I’me a happy player from this casino and also had some winnings. I always used my banking card . Suddenly when I wanted to withdraw winnings it was only with a crypto wallet . I never never has been informed. Also I made a deposit with my debit card . Now suddenly i need a wallet to get my winnings . They sent the money after many emails because I’me not familiar with crypto . Now my money is payed out , but stocked with Coinomi crypto wallet . So I assume I never see my 8500 Rand anymore.


if I would now this on forehand I wouldn’t play . It’s to much of a hassle those who are not familiar with crypto .


so if you are from South Africa please be aware .

Hi, I read what you wrote. I'm quite sorry that you had to choose cryptocurrency and it doesn't suit you at all. Especially when you were not informed about it. I think you should probably be even more careful now and check the withdrawal methods in the casinos, or sometimes it's nice to ask the support how it is and if you can use the same withdrawal method as you are using to deposit.

They where very fage about this . And normally there so fast with paying and a pleasant casino . For now I won’t play …. The wallet they support still didn’t gave my whatever coins ….its a shame they didn’t tell it advance . More also the reason they accepted my South African bankcard . But yeah maybe more people are having this problem?

they came back to me and needed information about stuff that I really don’t know . Screenshots etc … they Gonne start a investigation. If they solve it I would go back only if I know that withdraw is not like this .


thats the thing …. The casino and service is really nice and good for a South African casino. So yes if they solve it for sure .

the casino came back . But no apologies for the inconvenience about the situation. Now it’s my problem … they just say go to the third party who is now responsible. As I really don’t have the coins/ money yet . You need to be a expert in this to solve the problem . So I will not go back to the casino . They forced me into this situation now . They payed yes … but my wallet is still empty. So now I have to find somebody and mostlikly pay to solve the problem .

Well, I'm sorry that the investigation turned out this way. If you still have problems you can turn to us and file a complaint, although I don't know how it would have ended in this case. 

As for the fact that you probably won't be coming back to this casino, I'm not surprised, because if you're not happy with the withdrawal, then it's probably best to find another one. 

However, if you manage to sort it out, then definitely let me know. I'll be glad if you succeed.

thanks for responding. The problem with crypto I find out now , it’s such a delicate payment that very personal . If you’re not into or a beginner with crypto then avoid a casino . The casino himself was so nice … I told them that I will put something on guru . They need to let people from

SA know in advance . Maybe you can adjust this in the guru system ? Because I deposited with bankcard you assume that you use the card . But yeah learning lessons again …..

Absolutely, and as you said, it's a pity you didn't find out sooner. From now on, it's probably better to always ask in the casino if you can withdraw by a method that is suitable for you and if not, you know that you won't waste your time there. All the more shame if the casino was fine for you.
