When I first got turned on to online gambling, Raging Bull and its sister casinos were my main go-to. The thrill of the games, the excitement of potential winnings—it was all so enticing! But as I began to explore other options in the vast world of online casinos, I noticed a troubling trend that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Over time, my deposits with the Inclave casinos became less frequent. A few months ago, I completely stopped depositing altogether. Why? Because I grew increasingly frustrated with their dishonesty and manipulative tactics. It became painfully clear that these casinos operate in a way that benefits only them, driven by pure greed.

Here’s the kicker: they’ll happily process your deposits without a second thought, but when it comes time to withdraw your winnings? Suddenly, they’re quick to point out alleged violations that you never even knew existed! It’s like playing a game where the rules are constantly changing—rules so vague that they’re open to interpretation and always seem to favor the casino.

I’ve come to realize that these casinos have nothing to offer me that would ever make me consider depositing another penny. The thrill is gone when you know you’re playing against an establishment that prioritizes profit over fairness.

Casinos that use the Inclave platform heavily promote a benefit for deposits. For every deposit made they credit your account with a 10-15% rebate 24 hours later. This rebate is not based on your player status; it is solely based on the deposit you made the previous day. The rebate itself has no restrictions. However, I experienced an issue where I did not receive the rebate. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told that I needed to have a certain player status to qualify. When I pointed out that their terms and conditions state that the rebate is based solely on deposits, I was then told that I am a skilled player and therefore do not qualify for the rebate. I made an agreement with the customer service agent that if they could show me where in the rules and terms and conditions it states that skilled players are disqualified, I would apologize for taking up so much of their time. The agent responded that there is nothing in the terms and conditions stating that and that this decision was made by upper management for my type of account. This experience suggests that the rules, terms, and conditions are not always followed or enforced consistently at these types of casinos.

Wow...

I must admit that I view the resolution of your rebate issue as a very welcome surprise. When it comes to the majority of non-US casinos that I am aware of, the casinos usually point out that offering this benefit to players is just part of their economic strategy; thus, this form of benefit is not automatically added to everyone. This means that players who do deposit regularly and have won in the past (skilled players) are not as likely to benefit from it as others "less skilled" or lucky ones.

Let's use this point as an example:

The way these Inclave casinos operate may be a little different in this case, but it still made me think of this rule.

Either way, I appreciate you bringing up the entire discussion. If you are interested, I would love to hear what you think about this anyway.

Hi Radka. Many arguments can be made, but it ultimately boils down to how one interprets the terms and conditions set forth by these casinos. One of the most significant concerns is the vagueness often found in these terms. While they may appear straightforward at first glance, a closer examination reveals that many rules can be selectively enforced or omitted altogether, depending on what benefits the casino. The house always has an edge, and when combined with ambiguous terms and conditions, it becomes increasingly difficult for players to emerge victorious.

Regarding the Rewards Club Cash Back Rebate, this is a benefit designed to incentive the players' decision to deposit money into their casino. Unlike bonuses or promotions offered by the casinos, that change frequently and have different rules for different bonuses, such as requirements for how many times you need to wager the deposit + bonus amount before withdrawing, (rollovers) or limits on how much you can cash out.

I made two deposits, one for $77 at 12:46 in the afternoon and another for $74 at 3:58 in the afternoon. Based on the total deposits, I should have received $22 cash back. I contacted customer service around 1:00 in the afternoon the next day. I was told the rebate would be issued closer to the time of my last payment. They said to contact them again if I still had not received the rebate and they would add it manually. When I contacted customer service again to inquire about my cash back, I was told that I was not a frequent depositor and did not qualify for the rebate. After waiting for some time, I reached out once more and spoke to a different agent. This agent informed me that since I am considered a skilled player, I do not qualify for casino courtesies. As the agent did not have the authority to make any changes, I requested one thing from him before ending the conversation. I asked him to point out the specific terms and conditions of the cash back rebate, that state skilled players are disqualified. He said, "It is not on the casino's terms. It is the upper management's decision for your type of account." However, after being told I didn't qualify for casino courtesies, I was offered a $150 free chip with a $7,500 rollover & $150 maximum cashout. What a joke!

Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that I don't frequently deposit. What does it matter if I deposit $600 once a week, or $200 every other day? The rebate is solely issued based on the total deposits the player made the previous day, not on how frequent the player deposits. What is a skilled player exactly? I thought the term is often associated with games that involve strategy decision-making, and an element of skill, such as card games like Blackjack. In contrast, slot machines are considered games of pure chance, where the outcome is determined by random number generators, and the player has no direct control over the results.

As someone who has been playing at Raging Bull Casino for nearly two years, I have yet to make a withdrawal. I have successfully withdrawn money from their sister casino, so perhaps they took that into account. Let's assume I am a very skilled player. Even if that is true, should that prevent me from receiving a benefit that the casino advertises as an incentive for depositing money into their casino? If that is their argument, I have a solution. The Rewards Club Rebate has terms and conditions numbered 1-6. They could simply add #7: Players who deposit infrequently will not qualify for the cash back rebate, and #8: Players considered highly skilled will automatically be disqualified. However, I am 100% certain the casino will not consider adding these terms because then, the cash back rebate would no longer serve as an incentive for players to choose their casino to deposit money. Management has the power to make decisions, however, it needs to make sense. Give players information to make informed decisions. Don't omit terms that you can use against a player at a later time. Make it a fair playing field.

I appreciate your thoughtful and thorough response.

Meeting someone with such intelligence and skill is always a pleasure, but you do not sound like a novice player at all 😀. It appears that we both have a similar understanding of the circumstances. not quite in the same way, though. If I may, I will attempt to offer an additional piece to this puzzle.

The players believe that all scenarios ought to be covered by the rules, but this is not always the case. These regulations are crucial in the event of a lawsuit, so casinos typically take care to ensure that they are completely compliant with the law while also taking into consideration the opinions of the players.

Therefore, rather than making assumptions about what might happen, we at Casino Guru prefer to see the actual interpretation that the casino uses when the situation arises. Good examples are the complaints that my coworkers typically handle on a daily basis.

To be more specific, though, I do not think the term "skilled player" has a set definition. Casinos give bonuses, compansations, rakebacks, cashbacks, loyalty points, and so on to players with the obvious intentions I mentioned in my previous response. It is entirely up to them to make this financial decision—the player's tale ends here. This legal right essentially belongs to every company. The casinos employ variations of this expression.

As a result, I think your solution is excellent, but I worry that it will always encounter this problem.

Who will receive bonuses and who will not is determined by the so-called administration's decision. Whether the reason mentioned refers to the player's skills or not does not matter, in my opinion. I think it is uncool for casinos to tell players, "You have cost us a lot already, but you also won something, so giving you more bonuses is not rentable for us anymore."

I believe this is why the "administrations decision" or definition of the "skilled player" will never be stated in the rules.

Please do not assume that I support the casino policy; I have only learned its reasoning. 🤷‍♂️

I hope I did not stray too far from the subject, but if I did, please feel free to correct me at any time.

I'm soooo glad to hear that! Meeting knowledgeable players is always incredibly exciting. Regardless, even though the topic was somewhat depressing, I had a great time as well.

For many players, bonuses are a must when it comes to gambling, and just like with anything else in the relationship between the casino and its patrons, there should be clear guidelines in place to ensure that no player feels unwelcome or unsatisfied for no discernible reason. Hiding behind this administrative decision should, at least in my opinion, be reserved for problematic or rude people, not to everyone who is going to be stripped out of the bonuses.

I will be prepared for any additional thoughts you may have. 🙂

Have a great day!
