Samo želim dati povratnu informaciju o Joo kazinu kojem sam se upravo pridružio prije 24 sata. pa, nije dobro prošlo. U tom periodu od jednog dana nisam iskusio ništa osim problema za problemima - nijedan od njih nije riješen.
1/ Uradio sam depozit za registraciju sa 100% bonusa što zvuči dobro. Prilikom pokušaja uplate - pojavio se samo prazan ekran kao da se ništa ne događa. U redu, tako sam uradio drugi i treći put. Odmah nakon toga vidio sam stanje sa sva 3 depozita i bonusom nakon prvog. Bio sam u šoku, naravno. Otišao sam u LiveChat ukazujući na njihovu grešku i zatražio povrat ostala 2 depozita. Naravno da to nisu mogli učiniti ... Naravno da ne .. I naravno da sam izgubio sva 3 depozita zajedno s bonusom ....
2/ Nekoliko sati nakon toga primio sam e -poruku od njihove podrške u kojoj se kaže da sam osvojio cijenu na turniru. Idite tamo i zatražite to. Naravno da na mom računu nije bilo ničega. Opet LiveChat - oni ne znaju ništa, ne mogu pomoći ALI Imam dosta FS -ova za koje mogu tvrditi. U redu, pa došao je treći broj.
3/ Na bonus FS ekranu NE piše na koje igre se odnose ??? Pa opet LiveChat ...
Kao što možete zamisliti - ja sam tako ... preko ovog kazina da nikad više.

Hi everyone,
I just want to make a feedback about Joo casino which I just joined 24 hours ago. well, it didn't go well. During that 1 day period I didn't experience anything but issues after issues - none of them solved.
1/ I made a sign up deposit with 100% bonus which sounds good. When trying to make the deposit - just a blank screen came up as if nothing is happening. OK, so I did it the 2nd and 3rd time. Just after that I saw my balance with all 3 deposits and the bonus after the 1st. I was in a shock of course. I went to LiveChat pointing out their mistake and requesting the other 2 deposits refunded. Naturally they couldn't do it.... Of course not.. And of course I lost all 3 deposits together with the bonus....
2/ A few hours after that I received an email from their support saying that I have won a price in the tournament. Go there and claim it. Of course there was nothing on my account. Again LiveChat - they don't know anything, cannot help BUT I have quite a few FS's which I can claim. Ok, so here came the 3rd issue.
3/ On the bonus FS screen it does NOT say which games they apply to??? So again LiveChat...
As you can imagine - I'm just so....over this casino that never again.
