Good day,

I took the welcome bonus that the casino offered.

Twice in two days, I deposited $200.00 CAD of my own money. I landed several bonuses while I was playing through my wagering requirements.

After playing through my wagering requirements, I had $5400.00 CAD sitting in my account and awaiting withdrawal for about a week.

Yesterday, I received an email from the casino stating they are confiscating $4900.00 CAD, which they did.

I guess my "welcome bonus" to Jackie Jackpot is confiscating my winnings and happiness.

I've played welcome bonuses at previous casinos before, playing through their wagering requirements and cashed out without issues.

I feel like all efforts are being made to not pay out my winnings, which is really unfair for a casino that is so highly rated on Casino Guru.

You have not mentioned if there was any maximal withdrawal limit. I believe that this is very important because as the name suggests all winnings above this limit are voided.
