Hi. The few I know that allow VPN are anonymous casinos and have never tested them (LTC casino, for example). I was registered on one that openly told me to use VPN when I asked support why I couldn't bet in certain games, even tho I play these same games in other casinos, it was bets.io, you can give it a try if you want to, just make sure your country is not restricted for registration and also ask support if you can use VPN and save/screenshot their answer if they say yes (it might be useful in case you run into trouble). I closed my account in that casino long ago. Have in mind it's a casino operating with a Curazao license.

I would start with this list of recommended casinos, the ones that prohibit VPN has this info written in the description. 😉
Sadly, such a filter is missing. I'll keep that in mind.
