Zdravo ljudi. Samo odlučite da razotkrijete situaciju koja se često dešava u kockarnicama na mreži. Mislim da obični igrači već prolaze kroz tu situaciju, i ne vidim nikakvu regulativu o tome. Opet se desi sa mnom, odlučio sam da isprobam novi kazino ( vishcasino.io), i pre nego što počnem da igram, pogledao sam T&C pre nego što igram, i ono što sam video je da su isplate obrađene za 24 sata, a verifikacija u roku od 24 sata.
Dakle, napravio sam 2 mala depozita, igrao dosta vremena i na kraju sam dostigao stanje od 2000 evra (ograničenje po danu), i tražim povlačenje.
Pre tog povlačenja, poslao sam svoja dokumenta i na sajtu na mojoj ličnoj stranici je napisano verifikovano.
Posle jednog dana, ništa.
Agent za livechat je rekao da je sve u redu i da kazino pravi opkladu.
Posle još jednog dana, verifikacija mi je poslala imejl da pružim još dokumenata za dodatnu verifikaciju (nakon 48 sati od mog zahteva za povlačenje i verifikovanog naloga).
Poslao sam e-poruku za verifikaciju nekoliko trenutaka nakon dostavljanja traženih dokumenata, sa pitanjem da li je sve u redu, a ništa.
24 sata kasnije, bez odgovora na moju prethodnu e-poštu, nisam imao nijedan e-mail koji mi je rekao da moji dokumenti nisu odobreni, vidim samo kada sam otišao na svoj kazino nalog i video odbijene dokumente.
Poslao sam još jednom e-poštom i postavio u kazino nove dokumente, i poslao još jedan e-mail sa molbom da proverim da li su moji novi dokumenti u redu, i još uvek nema odgovora.
4 dana i ništa.
Uz sva ova kašnjenja i birokratiju, vreme obrade od 24 sata koje se kazino oglašava na veb stranici je potpuno lažno i dovodi igrače do lažnog poverenja u kazino, i sa svim razlozima i licencama koje bi kazino mogao da ima, ako je pouzdani ili ne, za igrače ono što je najvažnija stvar u kockarnicama, posebno u slotovima, je da igre rade glatko, dobar izbor provajdera, pristojan rtp, brzi depoziti, brza verifikacija i brza isplata, a mislim da bi to trebalo biti tim redom.

After one day,nothing.

After another day, the verification sent me an email to provide more documents for an additional verification (after 48 hours of my withdrawal request and account verified).
Sent an email for the verification moments after provide the requested docs, asking if everything was OK,and nothing.
24 hours later, with no answer to my previous email,I didn't have any email telling me that my documents weren't,t approved, I only see when went to my casino account and saw the refused docs.
Sent once again by email and upload in the casino the new docs, and sent another email asking to check if my new docs were OK,and still no answer.
4 days and nothing.
With all this delays and burocracy, the 24 hours processing times that the casino advertises in is webpage is totally false,and conduct the players to a false trust in the casino, and with all the reasons and licences that the casino could have, if is reliable or not,for the players what is the most important thing in the casinos ,specially in the slots, is the games running smoothly, good selection of providers,decent rtp, fast deposits ,fast verification and fast cashouts,and I think that should be in that order.
