Hi people. Just decide to expose a situation that occurs a lot in the casinos online.I think that the regular players already pass trough that situation, and I Don,t see any regulation about that. Happen with me again, I decide to try a new casino ( wishcasino.io) ,and before I start playing I gave a look at the T&C before I play, and what I saw was that the withdrawals were processed in 24 hours,and the verification in 24 hours aswel.

So, I made a 2 small deposits ,play a lot of time and in the end I reach a balance of 2000 euros(limit by day), and I request a withdrawal.

Before that withdrawal, I sent my documents and in the website in my personal page was written verified.

After one day,nothing.

The livechat agent said that everything was OK and the casino was making the betcheck.

After another day, the verification sent me an email to provide more documents for an additional verification (after 48 hours of my withdrawal request and account verified).

Sent an email for the verification moments after provide the requested docs, asking if everything was OK,and nothing.

24 hours later, with no answer to my previous email,I didn't have any email telling me that my documents weren't,t approved, I only see when went to my casino account and saw the refused docs.

Sent once again by email and upload in the casino the new docs, and sent another email asking to check if my new docs were OK,and still no answer.

4 days and nothing.

With all this delays and burocracy, the 24 hours processing times that the casino advertises in is webpage is totally false,and conduct the players to a false trust in the casino, and with all the reasons and licences that the casino could have, if is reliable or not,for the players what is the most important thing in the casinos ,specially in the slots, is the games running smoothly, good selection of providers,decent rtp, fast deposits ,fast verification and fast cashouts,and I think that should be in that order.

The rating of this casino, is wrong, I think, could have a reliable license and is safe, but ,when the same show false advertisements about the processing times, don,t answer the emails for a legit question, break is own T&C, sorry, but this casino is overrated.

I Don,t like and I Don,t want to play in casinos that delay the verifications and the withdrawals,because other casinos also regulated with licences and similar T&C, in 24 hours process the withdrawals. Others say that it takes up to 72 hours, and in that time they process everything.

Could be a delay of one day of the usual processing time,that,s ok,but 4 days, has to be a strategy from the casino to avoid paying my winnings, with a few deposits .

Once again, casinos with false advertisements and T&C failures shouldn't, have the rating good.

That,s my honest opinion.

I didn't apply for a complaint here,because I have to wait 14 days to do , but that situation cause anxiety in the players and isn't good for healthy reasons, only the regular player knows what is that.

I'm sorry you've found yourself in this situation, and you are right that we give casinos 14 full days to process the payment before we intervene. I can understand your point here, my question is though, if the support has actually explained to you why they have denied your documents? Was it in wrong format, perhaps, or was it not clear to read? Have you got any explanation? If something like this happens, it is understandable, that the withdrawal can not be done in 24 hours. I hope you understand that. So in that case, I would not say that the casino has got some wrong advertisement on their site, as you said, or that this would be a reason to lower their safety index.

Please let us know, whenever you find out what is the actual reason for the delay, and do not hesitate to contact us, whenever you need our help. We'll be here, waiting for your reply.

First, when you sent a request to verify the account, all the documents are approved and you see your status at verified, you shouldn't have to make additional verification.

I have 3 experiences in 3 casinos in 20 years that I am playing online casinos, that I have to wait more than 2 weeks for verification, and ,coincidence, just made a few small deposits and have very good winnings.

In 20 years, I learn that I should read the T&C of the casinos before I start playing, to avoid bad surprises.

In the last one, was very clear that the withdrawals were processed in 24 hours with verified accounts.

But the casino decide to request additional verification, and this always happen when I deposit a small amount.

I know a few casinos, licensed and regulated and they process the verification and withdrawals in 24 hours,other say that it takes 48,or even 72 hours,depending of the payment method.

But the last one i,ve played promotes quick verification and quick withdrawals in the website,and that,s a big lie.

If a casino asks for additional verification,should prioritize these additional verifications and not delay .

Or if they want an additional verification, ask for all the necessary documents, not one by day.

This type of casinos ,in the present, they have to change the speeding process of this issues , because they are a huge number of casinos that are very quick to process the verification, and in my honest opinion,the legislation from the gambling sites,should not accept any deposit before the account holder verification. I can assure 200% that all the verifications in all this casinos were complete in a short period.

But, everybody knows that some casinos, licensed and regulated use the tactic to delay payments ,because they know that some customers will loose the patience and spend or cancel any winnings.

And that,s how I feel about my situation, I have the idea that is a strategy and nobody have decent arguments to convince me the opposite .

It is actually quite common thing at online casinos, to make an additional verification, whenever the casino needs to check some more documents, or have a look at the game play, let's say. Especially when it comes to some higher amounts, they use to do these checks quite often. Of course I am not siding here with the casino, but I can understand that sometimes it can be more time consuming, to go thru this kind of process, because there are different areas they need to have a look at, and sometimes the delay can be on the game providers site, for example. And of course, every case is different, so also different documents are needed, and therefore, as I would guess, there can not be any order to ask the documents at once. At least, I see it this way from my point of view.🤷‍♀️

I truly won't be liking the fact, that the casino is trying to delay this process in purpose, as you said, and trying to get the player to loose the money, of course.

I saw that you have successfully submitted the complaint, and our team will have a look at what can be done here. Hopefully they will be able to sort everything out, and get this case resolved.
