Naravno da sam spreman da uložim žalbu. Jedini kontakt sa njima je da im pošaljem istu poruku, a oni na isti način odgovaraju da moram da čekam da se stvar reši.

Ovaj kazino nije sarađivao sa verifikacijom i isplatama. Ne dobijam platu kada traže da dam rođendan posle KIC-a, ali nema polja gde da dam. i kada sam bio u kontaktu putem e-pošte, rekli su da će se „odgovorno odeljenje pobrinuti za to", ali nisu ništa uradili mnogo nedelja, a više čak ni ne odgovaraju na sahkomailove.
