Posle 3 nedelje konačno sam dobio isplatu u svojoj banci. Nakon toga, moji VIP poeni su blokirani da se iskoriste na mom nalogu za igre. Ali i dalje mi je dozvoljeno da položim depozit. Gde je poštena stvar? Nisam svestan nikakve krivice i ako pokušam da sve razjasnim u ćaskanju, biću izbačen. Ko je ovde prevarant..luksuzni kazino..

To je razumljivo, ali ne razumem zašto sam blokiran zbog VIP poena. Zašto više ne mogu da iskoristim bodove na svom računu igrača? Sve što sam ikada čuo od kazina je da je ovaj blok privremen, ali još uvek mogu da uplatim depozit i skupim VIP poene. Brava bi i dalje ostala. Voleo bih da se ova zabrana konačno ukine... prošlo je više od 2 godine...
