I checked the complaint to see what happened, and I feel that the Gamstop rules, or preferably the block, are only applicable to UK-licensed casinos. Well, this site is far away from being licensed in the UK.
So, as stated in the complaint:
"Since you have chosen a casino with a Curaçao license, it will be very difficult to resolve this case to your satisfaction."
I just hope all players would understand the point.
The way I see it now, you're more concerned about under which code the transactions to the casino are identified, right? Meaning, the deposits should be blocked if the casino was identified correctly as the casino, am I close?
I have heard of a similar issue in the past, but sadly it is not within our reach to solve it. It's such a shame you pick an unlicensed casino with such a terrible rating. 😒
