Napravio sam povlačenje i od tada mi je račun blokiran bez objašnjenja

Mysteak refuses to be in trustworthy and can’t seem to follow through with the cash back. 
Then I ask for my deposit back on the two made for the cash back and then they offer the cash back again but never add it to my balance or make it claimable. This is just beyond unprofessional. I would never recommend this casino. I gave them numerous opportunities to make it right and they simply just don’t care. So I hope a lot of players see this and stay away from there.

Hi, I probably wouldn't be happy with this situation either. Also, did they tell you why they emailed you that you could take the cashback and in the live chat they explained the exact opposite? I guess that would be the most important thing because it is quite misleading.
