I see you finally managed to get a response from live chat which is pretty nice. I think 10 days would be normal if there was a reasonable reason but based on the information I gave you about 14 days, we will have to be patient and wait.
Of course the information is up to 10 days, so theoretically you could get your money sooner, but I certainly don't want to promise that. However, since you have received the same information by mail, I think there is no room for panic in this case.
Also, the casino doesn't have to delay your withdrawal, so try to be more patient, even though I know it's not the most pleasant thing to do.
Anyway, would it be possible to wait and let us know if your money has arrived within 10 days ? I hope it will be as soon as possible and you will be able to use it for your daughter's birthday. 😊 Fingers crossed 🤞

I feel like I want to lay a complaint because they are not giving me any assurance that my withdrawals are progressing in a matter of hours it would of been 10 days that my withdrawals have been sitting pending. It has to wait for a count down timer of about 4 more days to equate to 14 days however I've got evidence of the casino informing me it can take up to 10 days meaning 10 days from the 4th of September which is now the 15th and still they ate stalling and selling me dreams. 🙁

Hvala vam na odgovoru juče je bilo malo napretka i danas sam obradio 3/6 transakcija, ali one još uvek nisu stigle na moj nalog osim 1 koja mi dolazi preko skrill-a. 2 "obrađena" danas i još 2 za obradu sutra, tako da je realno samo 1 uplata primljena. Bez da pretjerujem, zahvalan sam, ali ceo taj proces je bio prilično zamoran i dugotrajna komunikacija je bila veoma podstandardna i nije bila ni blizu informacijama koje su delili igrači na toj veb lokaciji. Kazinu su potrebne bolje veštine upravljanja računima igrača
Thank you for replying there was a bit of progress yesterday and today I've had 3/6 transactions processed but they have still yet to reach my account apart from 1 which come to me via skrill. 2 "processed" today and 2 more to process tomorrow so realistically only 1 payment has been received. Without getting to ahead of myself I am greatful but that whole process was pretty tedious and drawn out the communication was very substandard and was not even close to the information shared for its players on there site.
