Dobro jutro Društvo. Već 10 dana postavljam zahtev za povlačenje na Spinangi i iako bi trebalo da budu završeni u roku od 1-3 dana, moj ne samo da nije završen, već nije ni prešao u sledeću fazu obrade. Ono što je takođe neprihvatljivo je to što mi nikada nisu odgovorili na mejlove koje sam poslao, dok mi korisnička služba uvek daje kopi-pejst odgovor u kojem piše da će to biti završeno u najkraćem mogućem roku i da budem strpljiv. Da li je neko od vas imao sličan problem sa ovim klađenjem? Imajte na umu da nisam izvršio verifikaciju naloga jer mi govori da ne moram. Samo to pominjem jer ne znam da li to utiče na bilo šta

Ne, do danas nisam dobio nikakav zvaničan odgovor na mejlove koje sam im poslao sa objašnjenjem zašto je došlo do ovog kašnjenja. Sve što su mi rekli u korisničkoj službi za ćaskanje uživo je da je to zbog opterećenja finansijskog odeljenja, što smatram neprihvatljivim za kladionicu. Dobio sam obaveštenje poštom da je moje povlačenje završeno. Odabrao sam da se povučem na kreditnu Visu, pošto je depozit izvršila ona.

Understand. Well sometimes even at online casinos can this kind of delay happen. There is a big difference when you play in casino because they need to verify your account and your request which takes time while when you bet on matches is not necessary. In any case it is completely understandable from my point of view that sometimes the staff is overloaded with withdrawal requests (to be honest only with this betting company I had such a problem) but what is not understandable is the customer service which every time gave me different answers.

Yes, I understand that there is always a different answer and you don't even know where you stand. 

However, verification is necessary even if you bet only on matches. At least I've encountered it, so nothing unusual for me. 

Of course, the most important thing was that you got your money, and if you were bothered by the length of the withdrawal, you can try somewhere else. 🙂

Čekam povlačenje 14 dana, dobijam samo kratka izvinjenja u ćaskanju uživo i hvala na strpljenju. To je 50 evra, nije malo. Uslovi i odredbe obećavaju maksimalno 3 radna dana. Već sam poslao nekoliko žalbi putem mejla, bez rezultata. šta da radim?
