If I played 450$ with 1$ bet and during this time I won only 33$ the RTP can not be at 96%

If you want I can send it to you screenshot...I do not want to post here because of sensitive info.


For example:

You play 450$ you should be able to wager this amount at least 5 times in most Casinos of course It is very hard to reach an average Casinos requirement of 35X and +

but this one I played almost all 450 dead spins except that little win of 33$ which makes RTP 0.1 %

Believe me that I understand your approach, still, the RTP should not be counted on such a low number of bets.

RTP is not calculated on each deposit - it needs at least several thousand spins under such conditions. I really think you should read the guide.

Olympia Casino have paid me out 3 times and nothing has ever landed in my account.

When I log on to the site now it asks if you are accessing this site outside of Australia.If you are honest you click Yes it then takes you to a site that isn’t found an you can’t access. If you click no it allows you to log in, this then puts you in a Play at your own risk which has resulted in my bank contacting me saying 3 of the Companies they use to deduct funds from my bank are Fraudulent Companies and have access to enter my bank account without verification. I have tried to contact the VIP support but they just don’t listen and make excuses. I have been tricked into thinking they are legit but are Fraudulent.

Uhm, I'm confused - I tried the second link and was redirected to the landing page of some Wolf tournament. Yes, the explanation containing access outside of Australia was there, even though I used VPN set to Australia.

Would be good to mention it directly in the complaint. Honestly, I don't know why do I need to confirm the location while accessing the site from the allowed country, furthermore, which own risk should I be aware of ?!

So I asked someone from the data/complaint team, will update you as soon as I find some clues.

Anyway - where did you get the second link? I'd say it's quite suspicious with the missing letters in the casino's name.

The second link is the one the VIP support sent me to use as the other link when I declined I was accessing the site within Australia. I questioned this with the support and they told me to use the second link
