Hi Radka i waited for more than 72 Hrs and i messaged them again but they are giving answers like please wait you will get notification. I almost mailed them 20 emails but the answer is same and the timeframe they given also is ended. Please reply what i have to do next. Waiting for your reply.

Hi, I would say that in this case it would be best to be patient and therefore wait for a notification from the casino, because it is possible that your documents are still being checked. I believe that when the casino finishes the verification and everything is OK, you will hear about it. Just for the record, we give casinos 14 days to complete this process, so as long as they communicating with you I wouldn't be skeptical right away and try to keep a cool head.

Hi Casino Guru after 2 weeks of Verification Process Finally i got Email from them like this :


"We have brought your matter to the highest level in our company, and after much deliberation, we regret to inform you that your withdrawal request has been denied. And we also to informed you that your account is banned/closed".


"According to the investigation you had suspicious betting such as Arbitrage Bet and you are unable to withdraw all of your current balance.

"But I didn't do any Arbitrage Betting i placed only one bet on Live Tennis of Rs 10,000 and rest all i played is Live Casino. Total Balance I have is 1,32,000. What should i do next?

Hello, in this case I would recommend filing a complaint if you are not aware that you have done anything wrong.

However, did the casino say anything more about the "arbitrage bet" and therefore what you violated ? The terms and conditions in point 2 have about 50 articles, so it would be good to know more specifically what you have broken. I tried to see if it could be a maximum bet but I didn't find anything similar. 

So are you going to go ahead and file a complaint ?

They are not refunding my money.

I only deposited money to Oppabet, but they have blocked my account and are not allowing me to withdraw my funds.

They are not paying out the money I deposited, even though I have successfully passed all document verifications

First they asked me for documents and then the documents were approved. The security team wrote that I could withdraw money. But a team called bms wrote another e-mail and said that they could not pay my money.But they do not open my account for the following reason. But this reason is an excuse and not true.


''Please be inform that your account is not yet close but according to our terms and conditions we are allowed to refuse any withdrawals if we deem that the betting account to have been misused, which, in this case, it unfortunately has been deemed so. This is because we are neither a cryptocurrency exchange nor a crypto wallet, where players are allowed to store their cryptocurrency for long periods of time without activity in between.


We understand this decision is not what you were hoping for; however, the decision is sadly final.''

Oh, I've read such a reason a few times and that is that you were not active on the account and therefore you can't withdraw the money. But it seems to me like quite a strange thing, so it's a final decision of the casino, yes ?

If you feel that you have done nothing wrong and the casino is being unfair to you, then I would recommend filing a complaint.
