No reaction from the casino they are ignoring me for over 15 days now

Haha kazino guru se slaže sa paradiseplai-om da uzme moj novac i zatvori moj račun. Zato što sam zatvorio svoj nalog „na neodređeno vreme" na kazinoskom.

Prema kazino guruu, to znači da pokazujem da sam zavisnik od kockanja. Zaista, ovde nikada nisam imao dobru pomoć. Još jednom šala.

Iako je na veb stranici Casino Ski jasno navedeno da se samoisključivanje odnosi samo na Casino Ski, a ne na druga kazina.

Ona piše da je paradajz kazino u pravu da uzme moj novac jer sam zatvorio svoj račun na kazinoski-u. Iako jasno kaže da je zatvaranje mog naloga samo za Casinoski i stoga neće biti prebačeno na Paradiseplai. Tako da je zatvorila moju žalbu. Čini mi se jasno da opet neće biti pomoći od kazino gurua. Kako piše Veronika, zatvoriće moju žalbu ako ne može da mi pomogne u bilo čemu drugom.

They now have "refunded" my 150 euro deposit. Ofcourse the 10.000 euro withdraw is nowhere to be seen.

They also blocked me from all email communication.

When I usually send a email I get a automatic email back but I dont get that anymore that means they have blocked communication. When I send from a different email adress I do get a automatic email.

I won 1500 euro and the casino just write the following email:

In a other piece of your terms you specifically say it can be confiscated in this one you are only telling that my account can be blocked.


They should pay out our winnings its a shame that we have to file complaints about this here.

To je korumpirana banda. Čim dobijete mnogo, ubacuju to pravilo da ne isplatite. Zaista smešno.

Malo se nadam da će se nešto uraditi jer oni nikada nikome ne odgovaraju. Očigledno im je svejedno da li im to utiče na reputaciju.

Naravno, na ovaj način zarađuju mnogo više, svi ubacuju novac i ako pobedite ne dobijate platu i kradu vam novac.

Licencu Kostarike, drugim rečima, oni jednostavno nemaju licencu, što otežava.

Well im losing my little faith I had. Looks like they will not respond like all brands of the Sarah casinos.
