Želeo bih da prijavim ovu prevaru koja mi je uzela 600 evra bez ikakvog pravog razloga. Objaviću nekoliko snimaka događaja i njihovu poruku.

Odložili su proces verifikacije, a onda kada su prihvatili moju verifikaciju, smislili su razlog da otkažu moju isplatu od 600 eura i mislili su da sam prilično zadovoljan povraćajem depozita od 50 eura. Već sam kontaktirao askgamblerss i casinoguru, ali ću učiniti sve što mogu da upozorim druge ljude da izbegavaju korišćenje ove stranice i operatera.

I guess you can't prove to the casino that you never used a VPN, as you can't prove something that never happened.


On top of that, given the lack of a comprehensive overview, I think submitting the complaint or a similar approach is the most effective.

However it seems the casino is not very trustworthy; even though its review has not been published the temporary rating is terribly low. 🙁

Još uvek nisu smislili nijedan jedini razlog zašto mi je novac ukraden. Mislim da bi im bilo lakše da su samo platili 600 evra kada sam uspeo da napravim snimke za oko 100 evra.

Žalba je u toku, ali još nisam dobio odgovor.

Rekli su da će prestati da šalju imejlove, ali ja i dalje dobijam 2-3 svakog dana iako sam podesio svoja podešavanja da ih ne primam. Apsolutno smešno. Verovatno ionako šalju spam imejlove i nikada ne isplaćuju moje dobitke na osnovu izmišljenih pravila koja se ne mogu objasniti haha😀. file

I discussed the problem of unsubscribing with my colleague Šimon, who reached out to his contacts from Gamstop or another tool (I just can't recall where this person works).
