I generally think that all the gambling sites should be closed permanently. They should finally I mean gambling commission should start protect people and make online gambling illegal. They exactly know how it actually looks but the income from harm of people who use those sites is more important for them.Imagine someone who gamble 75,000 and lost everything because some scumbags without dignity just decided to use opportunity to rob this person. There is so many information online saying about gambling sites and how everything really looks.Even on the trustpilot you can find a review on gambling commission of the person who was working in this industry and described how casino manipulate the outcome of the play of certain people.Thats unbelievable how this kind of crime is legally accepted and no one is doing anything about it.I wish to those who are part of that gang of Shamless thieves will have a taste of their own medicine if not them hopefully someone close to them.Im sure there will be time for all of those thieves to pay back what they own hopefully 10 times more than they caused to people.

Well, I can understand your point.

But I also like to point out that players play willingly and are responsible for their decisions.

If nobody wants to play in unlicensed casinos anymore (meaning that each player invests some time to get familiar with the pros and cons of the casino he/she wants to play in, there would be no reason to make the whole industry illegal simply because the risks would drop down significantly.

Don't you think?

It sounds harsh, but demands make the supply.

Yes you are right about that everyone is responsible for their own decisions and it's every player responsibility to know what they doing although in my opinion the fairness in online casinos should be more monitored by the institution responsible for licencing this kind of businesses as at the moment the level of fairness is less than it should be.

Even by taking my example, whats the reason for me to loose all the money I'm depositing no matter how much I will put in and I can play on 10 different sites every day none of the games I'm playing even the ones I never played before neither of them give me bonuses and return from the base game is basically none.Where is fairness in that.Where someone who newly opened account is basically winning from the first spin.i could explain how I'm seeing this but it's too much to go about.in general I think people aren't aware of reality in gambling industry and the whole RNG RTG that's basically a excuse to tell people if they will ask uncomfortable questions.

You may be partly right,

especially with the RNG and RTG, but I'd not dare to judge the whole industry in general. There are fair casinos and also very unprofessional casinos. What really applies in general, is that it's all about people on both sides, I'd say.

Without trying to sound harsh, in reply to your claims "players play willingly and are responsible for their decisions"..

Id argue that an addict has no control, and therefor doesn’t play willingly, nor responsibly.

If a casino does it’s part of monitoring potential for problem gamblers/ or addictive behaviours such as:

  1. spending hours on the same slot. (we all know how time flies when you’re deep into slots)
  2. making multiple deposits (in quick succession - like chasing loses should be monitored we all know casinos wouldn’t cash out multiple times in the hour without implementing such a check on player game history)
  3. If players stop logging in and wagering on site, automatically be taken off the email list of "exclusive offers just for you" these casinos chase players as much as an addicted player submits to the calling of the casino.
  4. Live support. They’re their to help you if you have an issue on site; why shouldn’t a casino have an employee team of support that speak out to players that either begin to develop these problematic behaviours and/or display them upon registration.

Gambling addiction produces a long lasting change in the human brain to anyone with repeated exposure to the dopamine rush from the suspense of gambling.

Casinos that promote and state they’re apart of, or support responsible gaming but don’t have automatic support on stand for players signed in for 2 hours + , then again after 4-8-24 hours etc etc) I’ve had personal gambling sessions that run into 24-36 hour session of non stop deposits , non stop spinning. If a casino had these very basic, off the top of my head things I could think that would help me as a problem player I think the casino would be successful and hold a good reputation amongst all players

(I’m using 2 hours as a basis due to a length of a film lasting average 2 hours - since gambling is meant to be fun, and casinos should encourage fun responsible play)

Sorry for the length of message but I personally feel everything stated is valid in response to you stating "players play willingly". I feel that’s incorrect.

I hate myself for my gambling habit/addiction I just wasted €500 in an afternoon and the whole session was SHIT!! But I kept depositing. I feel disgusting when I finish and hate myself even more. Slots are shit they are a rip off the biggest con of all time I don’t think the RTP on the slot I played was higher than 20% when it should be 96.6% no one has tested these slots it’s an impossibility as there are thousands of them. Online casinos should be closed down and slots banned every where as they are a fucking cheating con😡😡😡

Hello,

sadly this was a misunderstanding. I was referring to "ordinary" players.

I must say that the main problem is that the whole thing of supporting addicted players goes far beyond the capability of many casinos. Honestly, have you ever faced a casino's staff that does not comply with their own terms and conditions? Can you imagine how these inexperienced people handle constant support for the addicted players?

I'm just saying that we do not live in the ideal world where casinos care about the most vulnerable players, there are some industry standards and we push hard to change the environment to be more supportive and safer for gamblers. We also appreciate each casino that goes behind the standards and cares even a little more.
