Zdravo! Može li me neko uputiti da znam kako da zatražim promenu naloga e-pošte u 1vin? Registrovao sam nalog na Hotmail-u i ne mogu da podignem novac... Konsultovao sam kazino pomoć i rekli su mi da pređem na Gmail nalog. Tražio sam promenu, ali mi nisu odgovorili...

Zdravo!

Još uvek nemam promenu, danas sam ponovo poslao šta su tražili i komentarisali su da će se pozabaviti...

Prvi argument koji su mi dali je da njihova platforma nije kompatibilna sa Hotmail-om, nešto što me ostavlja da se pitam, jer ako nije kompatibilna, kako su dozvolili registraciju...

Danas je pomoćnik bio ljubazniji i empatičniji, prokomentarisao sam da će mom zahtevu dati visok prioritet za protekle dane i da će promena ostati za nekoliko sati... To je bilo jutros, pa ću biti gledajući.

I understand. However, just like you, I also find it strange that when registering, the email was problem-free and later on when withdrawing it is different.
