If I may, it does not matter much whether the AOFA license is this active or not. Even if it was, Anjouan has no complaint policy for actively resolving disputes. Since this casino has also ignored players' complaints in the past, I'd say things look quite dire, and the Safety Index may fall even lower given the circumstances.

would like to update that I was able to connect with the alleged game provider because I was told my account was under review waiting on the game provider because they tend to a lot of casinos that's why I still don't have my withdrawal. When I asked Customer support depending on who you talked to because the stories on why I don't have my money changed from person to person and day to day they couldn't give me any information on who the game provider was. Well I'm completely aware of everything that goes on in my life and they also have a transaction record of gameplay so | could just confirm that and I reached out to the game provider myself. No such Review is going on with my account or information with Slot Bunny. Say no more! Slot Bunny cannot pull the wool over my eyes. I would like to note if you really dissect their terms and conditions page read like by line and all fine print you can tell it's all fake cut copy and pasted probably from Al. They even were stupidly enough to cut copy and paste all 3 social media platforms like you can follow them and they are not even on Instagram or Facebook or X so what does that say. As for the Licensing number they have listed it's false and clearly in the wrong format for Anjouan Gaming to be a License number with them. I would like to add that a Chat person told me a couple days ago which I have all transcripts that they that are working on getting their license.

They need to be fully investigated and removed from the Casino Scene.

just fyi, stay away from the casino ElegantSpins. Same thing happened to me there after winning a big jackpot. Never Received. They even blocked me on chat.

Submit a complaint on Ask Gamblers I am on there and others who are experiencing the same issue we are! They have reached out to Slot Bunny and gave them a time frame to respond and bring resolution. Power in numbers and if we all stick together we can best this !!!!! They owe all of us our money !!!!

Well, it is not exactly what Anjouan does, I'm afraid. The regulator itself does not act as a dispute resolution authority and does not investigate individual player complaints.

What does "ADR" mean under an Anjouan license?

Anjouan-licensed casinos are required to offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) after the casino’s internal complaint process (usually after 30 days).

Important to understand:

The regulator does not provide or operate an ADR service

Perhaps you could file a complaint now, even though our team has to wait 14 days after the withdrawal request before we can intervene. Sometimes it actually happens if a casino is aware that there is a complaint waiting; I have seen it a few times, for sure.
