I cleared the wagering requirements with no deposit bonus. （160$）
And I asked how to withdraw to support. He said: In order to withdraw you need to deposit xx$ and wager that amount, KYC. I deposited and bet.
I also sent them a driver's license and a resident card. But they won't try to quit my KYC.
Whatever you send is a boilerplate reply. In boilerplate terms, the resolution is bad.
Please tell me what is wrong with which material and will not tell you even if you ask. I reply with a boilerplate sentence many times. I'll probably do that until I give up.
The resolution of the document I'm sending is 4k or higher. If it is an A4 size document taken at this resolution, it can be read without fail.
I thought that the Japanese resident card was a problem, so I sent a bank balance certificate (in English).
But it still sends back boilerplate texts.
How can I exceed their certification? Let me know who knows.
