Video sam u temi da dajete kazinu 14 dana da obradi isplatu i ako je ne primite, pokušaćete da pomognete. Primio sam jednu uplatu od njih u martu u iznosu od 280 funti. Trenutno imam čekajuću uplatu od 650 funti od 24. marta, što daleko prelazi 21 dan. Kontaktirao sam podršku više puta i uvek dobijam istu poruku. Zaostatak se obrađuje, poslao sam poruku nadležnom odeljenju, dobiću imejl kada se promeni.
Tražio/la sam da me pošalju ili ubace u njihove komunikacije, ali to neće zbog internih politika. Mogli bi mi malo pomoći.

I saw in the thread that you give a casino 14 days to process a withdrawal and if not receiced you will try to help. I have receiced one payment from them in March for £280. I currently have a pending payment for £650 since 24th March which far exceeds the 21 days. I've contactnsupported numerous times and always get the same line. Backlog being processed sent a message to relevant department, will receice an email when it changes.
I've asked to be sent or copied in to their communications but they won't due to internal policies. Could do with some support
