Ovo je prilično čudno, moram reći. Postoji li šansa da je neko iz kazina jednostavno pritisnuo pogrešno dugme? Mislim, možete li poslati e-mail kazinu tražeći objašnjenje? Ja bih to sigurno uradio!
Ako je ovo cela priča, nešto mora da se uradi.
Podnošenje žalbe je još jedan način da se nađe rešenje, ali u ovom trenutku mislim da ima smisla pitati kazino.

This is quite weird, I must say. Is there any chance someone from the casino simply pressed the wrong button? I mean, can you send an email to the casino demanding an explanation? I would certainly do that!
If this is the whole story, something must be done.
Submitting a complaint is another way to find a solution, though, at this point, I think asking the casino makes sense.
