Hello, i made a withdrawal through bank transfer for 250€ last Friday, today the status is still on being reviewed.. im worried if i will recieve my money. It takes very long and the reviews on internet making me worrie more.

Zatražio sam povlačenje od 21. 1., 22. 1. i 1. 23. od 500 evra jer imaju dnevni limit.

Iako su mi rekli da je za to potrebno do 3 radna dana, svaki dan kada ih kontaktiram, oni mi kažu istu stvar i moja povlačenja su još u toku. Kažu da imaju mnogo posla. Nisu mi odgovorili na mejl.

I would assume that even if the payments were not due, you still need to wait for this review to be finished. I hope you don't mind me repeating the question, but it is important—do you know what kind of review that is?

For example, is it waiting for the withdrawal approval rather than a check? I suppose that would make some sense. Though the delay is significant, of course, at least the casino is honest about it.
