I had submitted the documents to verify my account so i can withdraw my winnings sept 1 via email, process is claimed to take 72 hours (which we are way over due now), I can still login to all those sites with no issues. I am waiting for a response from both documents and help emails that I followed up on after 3 days asking them what's the delay and 0 answers.

As I say sometimes verification can be quite time-consuming. When our Complaint Team deals with complaints, we allow casinos 14 full days to complete the verification and fulfill the payment.

I still find it very unpleasant that all these casinos just can't send you one stupid email saying "hello, we got your documents and are working on it. Please be patient."

We have recently experienced a rising amount of complaints from players who are constantly struggling with the verification, and it usually starts like this. 🙁

I will check on you on Sunday. I hope that you'll get some response till then.🤞

I was hoping that the issue has been solved...

Well, it seems that the complaint is inevitable now.  

Our Casino Guru teambuilding is starting today, so I guess that the complaint team will be quite occupied with other activities, so it will be best to wait till Friday. 

Or you can submit the complaint immediately, but I can't say for sure that it will be accepted soon.

I'll leave that decision to you, I still hope that there will be some progress though. I'm sorry I can't help you further.

Inclave is there a way to eliminate it. I accidently put my email in as ricrussel@....when it should have been ricrussel17@gmail.com . Now it won't let me change it and I can't get into sure where I have 1500$

I'm sorry, but in this case I guess you have to contact the Inclave support directly, which I tried myself, but to my biggest surprise, I could not find any contact form anywhere on the website. 🙁

I'm havlng trouble signing in to casino sight after I used it many times now it say my email isn't recognize and when I try to open new account it recognize my email saying I'm signed up with that email. Be nice for you to fix Igor sign me out of you
