Many people want to know what happens with their claims, people want to know if Rabidi has lost their License, and what’s about the fake games, that has been reported to Casino Guru long time ago. I always hear that you gave informations to your data team.

the problems/issues are much more extensive! @Radka:

  1. my complaint is open since July 4th. I have personally never seen/received a statement from the game provider. Furthermore it‘s ridiculous to need 3 months. Even on their on wrong bookings, I have never received an answer.
  2. If they have the power to do whatever they want…, without any rules/regulations (or a license based on protection of this business) - a independent platform should be transparent to the players.
  3. There are so many complaints - solved or not - this speaks for itself. Do you know any other business which has more complaints than black jack card set per month? Not even counting all the unknown…


I think its your duty to share the developments on Rabidi and do as well your own research

I think you used an improper word. Since all these services are for free I would restrain from "duty" 🙂.

Be sure that once your complaint is done, the outcome will be considered. But not sooner.

You described the model quite correctly, yet we are not just some ordinary affiliate site. Earning money is based on high moral principles, unlike other "similar" websites, we do not promote casinos, sell ratings, or get paid for placing bonuses. Additionally and again, unlike others, we invest grand sums back into our projects focusing on supporting players and creating a better and safer gambling environment.

This is what we do.

I feel you intend to present affiliate business as something greedy or shady but be honest, it matters how you do that, not whether you do that.

Well - my experience tells me, that nothing will happen. 4 months waiting, delaying, ect…! I haven‘t seen a cent…

I see you found the thread I mentioned to you. I don't think you're the only one who's been in a similar situation, though I'd be happy if I didn't have to say so. 

Anyway, we're still waiting, apparently according to the complaint, for a statement from the casino, and I'm very curious to see how it turns out.
