Poštovani korisniče, uz dužno poštovanje, možda bi bilo bolje da pročitate šta je već objašnjeno u ovoj temi. Svi razumemo vašu frustraciju, ali ove ideje očigledno ne dolaze u obzir. Kazino sada ima niži indeks bezbednosti zahvaljujući žalbama, tako da možete svojim očima videti da princip „funkcioniše" kako je opisano.
Da vas podsetim šta sam objavio juče:
„Naravno, nema problema: Molim vas, pročitajte moj post još jednom. Ne radi se o objavljivanju „to su prevaranti" na forumu. Forum je za igrače, ali ne može poslužiti kao referentna tačka za ocenu kazina."
„U svakom slučaju, ako smatrate da kazino nije bio fer prema vama i da je problem povezan sa kazinom, a ne sa sportskim klađenjem, molimo vas da se žalite na to koristeći našu besplatnu uslugu za žalbe."
Kada bude očigledno i dokazano da je kazino postupao nepravedno, moje kolege bi mogle da reaguju i barem smanje njegov indeks bezbednosti.
Igrači moraju zvanično da iznesu svoju situaciju, koju je potrebno istražiti, kako bismo mogli direktno da obavestimo kazino o tome koliko je njihovo ponašanje bilo nepravedno i naknadno snizimo ocenu.
Forum ne menja ništa u tom pogledu. Zato naši administratori podstiču svakog igrača da podnese žalbu u vezi sa kazinom.

We all understand your frustration, but these ideas are clearly out of the question. The casino now has a lower Safety Index thanks to the complaints, so you can see with your own eyes that the principle "works" as described.
Let me remind you what I posted. just yesterday:
"Sure, no problem: Please read my post once more. It is not about posting "those are scammers" on the forum. Forum is for players but can't serve as a benchmark for the casino's score.
"In any case, if you feel the casino wasn't fair to you and the problem is related to the casino branch, not to sports betting, please complain about it using our free complaint service.
Once it is obvious and proven that the casino did act unfairly, my colleagues may react and at least lower its Safety Index."
Players must present their situation officially, which needs to be investigated, so we can directly inform the casino about how unfair their behavior was and subsequently lower the rating.
Forum changes nothing in this regard. This is why our administrators encourage every player to submit a casino-related complaint.
