Zdravo, samo me zanima da li je neko ko igra Jackpot Goo učestvovao u Mega Jackpot događaju?
Igrao sam poslednjih nekoliko dana i osvojio sam nekoliko džekpotova. Kada sam igrao slotove, na ekranu se pojavio iskačući prozor koji kaže da ste dobitnik MINI, SATNOG, DNEVNOG I MEGA. Pa, igrao sam slot i dobio sam taj iskačući prozor koji sam dobijao kada bih osvojio džekpot... bio je za 248.697,90 dolara. Nisam mogao da verujem! Bio sam toliko u neverici da nisam hteo da verujem dok ne stigne na moj račun... pa sam čekao i čekao i ništa.
Kontaktirao sam korisničku službu i oni su mi davali sve moguće izgovore. Lagali su da su izjavili da je jedini džekpot koji sam osvojio tog dana bio 71 dolar, a u stvari sam osvojio oko 4 ili 5. Prozvao sam ih zbog toga... a onda su se ispravili.
Zaključak koji su mi dali nakon nekoliko sati vožnje unazad i četvrti je bio da sam dobio sistemski generisan iskačući prozor koji su svi videli o osvajanju mega džekpota. Igrao sam nekoliko dana tokom ovog događaja i jedini iskačući prozor koji sam dobio bili su moji dobici. Ničiji drugi.
Trebalo im je najmanje 3 sata da se vraćaju na četvrtu poziciju da bi uopšte rekli da nisam ja pobedio, već neko drugi. Zašto bi to uopšte uradili? To je kao okrutna šala da se taj iskačući prozor pojavi na bilo čijem ekranu. Jer je izgledalo tačno kao da sam osvojio džekpot.. ne navode ime pobednika na tim iskačućim prozorima.
Pa šta svi vi mislite?

I had been playing for the last few days and I have hit a few jackpots. When playing the slots a pop up will appear on the screen saying you are the winner of there's a MINI HOURLY DAILY AND MEGA. Well I was playing a slot and I got that pop up that I had been getting when I won a jackpot.. it was for $248,697.90 i couldn't believe it! I was in so much disbelief that I wasn't going to believe it till it hits my account.. so I waited and waited and nothing.
So I contacted customer service and they were giving every excuse under the sun. They were lieing they had stated that the only Jackpot I won that day was $71 when in fact I had won like 4 or 5 I called them out on that.. then they corrected themselves.
The conclusion they gave me after a few hours of going back and fourth was I got a system generated popup that everyone got about the mega jackpot being won. I had been playing for a few day during this event and the only pop up I got were my winnings. No one else's.
It took them at least 3 hours of going back and fourth to even say it wasn't me that won it was somone else. Why would they even do that that's like a cruel joke to have that pop-up on anyone's screen. Cause it looked exactly like I had won the jackpot.. they don't state the winners name on these pop ups.
