I can't login to my account because it was blocked and I can't even withdraw my deposit

Hi, did the casino give you a reason why they blocked your account ? How long has your situation been going on ?

Yes they did gave me a reason but the reason wasn't enough for them to hold my deposit or block my account, I open a new account on zebet,but before that I complained about my old account because I had problem with it so I ordered the customer service to delete it so I can create a new account but they refused to do that. The next thing I saw was a message that my account has been blocked with my deposit on it for six days now.

And what problem did you have with the old account ? As for creating a new account, how did you manage to create one when you enter your personal data ? I don't think it was the wisest move but you should have waited to see what happened to the old account first. 

Anyway, did you try to ask the casino if something could be done about it ?

I had issues with my bank and I needed to change a lot of things on the account,so I decided to delete the old account and open a new one for a fresh start, I ask them about it but they said nothing could be done that the new account has been blocked with my deposit on it, which is not in the terms and conditions I read.

Sadly, you picked the most risky way. It was a mistake to create a second account, and I understand it was closed. If you ever need to change details in your account always contact the support. This is the proper way.

Do I understand correctly that the second account was closed with a positive balance?

The casino should consider such a situation separately, not just in relation to terms.

Is there something that can be done to resolve this issue so I can get my deposit back? Or can it be transferred to my active account.
