Yeah, but in there defence they have been very helpful, customer service replies have been very good and quick and they have sent me the money back via a different way. I will update when received but they seem pretty helpful.

So what kind of reason they gave you? Why can't you withdraw back to the card as you did previously?

They wouldn't give me a reason, kept telling me to deposit with another card, get it verified and then withdraw on that card OR withdraw via bit coin. I complained and pointed them to this site and then I got a response saying they have sent the money via the way they had previously (my bank card) but I haven't got the money yet.

I am wondering if this is anything to do with the ukraine/Russia situation and withholding of Russian payment systems?
