First of all, I would say that it would be good to use one account and not to write to me from different ones. So that there won't be any misunderstanding. 

From what I have seen, the complaint did not go through because you had a complaint filed in the past and it ended up unresolved because the casino did not try to resolve the case. 

So from what I can see, you probably won't get very far with this.
