Bitcoin Gambling Switch

I have always use my CC when playing but only recently switched to bitcoin. I had some difficulty at the start but now I know how to use it. I must say that Bitcoin is much more convenient and direct, there is no waiting time in between. I have tried it a few times now and I actually think I will only use bitcoin. How about you all? What payment methods do you use online?

I see 2 issues with using Bitcoins.

First of all, the Bitcoin's value changes way too much and way too often. Just imagine a situation when you win 0.2BTC and then you wait until your pending withdrawal is approved. You need to verify your account first in the casino, wait until they process the withdrawal...getting your winnings from certain casinos can take few weeks. The value of your winnings (0.2BTC) can change a lot during that waiting time.

Secondly, we see some issues with crypto wallets quite often. Whenever you do a mistake and send your money from a bank to an account that doesn't exist or it exists, but you send to a wrong account, you still have chance to track the payment and get your money back. There's an institution (the bank) you can contact regarding this. In case of using crypto, there's no institution that would help you regarding this. The money is simply lost.

That's why I'm still hesitating to use crypto for regular transactions.

I do see your point of view but I still think bitcoin is the future. I enjoy using it and I think its convenient but I I have friends who have had issues with it too.

I mean, if it's what you prefer, then It's good for you since it's certainly one of the fastest payment methods that are available in casinos. Especially if they start blocking cards for gambling in Australia, as someone already pointed out on this forum, you'll be prepared.
