Zamolio sam ih da mi pomognu sa podizanjem oko 450 dolara koje nije bilo izvršeno.
Rekli su mi da sam dao novac da prvo završim KYC proveru, pa sam i uradio. Onda su rekli da će imati ažuriranje za 24-48 sati, pa sam pokušao da ubrzam proces tako što sam ih zamolio da me zabrane i da mi oslobode Solana ($sol) u novčanik, zabranili su me i poslali mi imejl da me obaveste da sam pristao da odustanem od svog dobitka.
sa čime se ni ja nisam složio.
Da li je neko imao nešto slično? Ako jeste, savet bi mi dobro došao, ovo je mnogo novca za mene.
Poslao sam im ovo imejlom, ali su rekli da ne mogu da ponište nijednu odluku
- „Molim vas da obradite moje povlačenje u roku od 48 sati, ili ću ovo eskalirati Casino Guru-u, AskGamblers-u i Curacao eGaming-u i po potrebi pokrenuti pravni postupak. Takođe tražim detalje o vašem dobavljaču ADR-a ili procesu rešavanja sporova."
I asked them to help me with a withdrawal of around 450$ that wasn't being made.
they said i gave to complete a kyc first, so i did. then they said they would have an update in 24-48hours so i tried to speed up the process by asking them to ban me and release the solana ($sol) to my wallet, they banned me and emailed me to let me know I've agreed to forfeit my winnings
which i did NOT agree too.
has anyone had anything like this? if so advice would be great, this is a lot of money for me
i emailed this to them but they said they cannot reverse any decisions
- "Please process my withdrawal within 48 hours, or I will escalate this to Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and Curacao eGaming, and pursue legal action if necessary. I also request details of your ADR provider or dispute resolution process."
