I permanently self-excluded with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, the next day I got several emails "welcoming" me to their casinos, thanking me for registering and sending other promotional bonuses.
Seems to of made things worse, is anyone else going through this?
I would contact them directly and ask why this is.

This surely shouldn't happen if these casinos are under the KGC, and this situation feels really unfortunate.
Maybe you should try what Charlie has suggested. What do you think?

I contacted the KGC right away informing them it was only after I self excluded I started getting these, they are handling hopefully quickly as I continue to get them.
At the same time I received a few stating I was permanently blocked - basically they had received the notice even though I had never used them which is great, then came the welcome, thanks for registering, or promotional emails.
Funnily I asked that both my emails be blocked, one of which I had never used for this type of activity which is now "registered" or just receiving promotions.
It does seem they are using the self-exclusion list to target people, which is truly terrible and a little sad.
