I wrote a review in here, where I expressed my concern about a casino brand that I think has had a suspicious pattern in how games behave (very questionable RTP). The review was not approved because you thought I only wrote this because I lost, then I can tell you that you have misunderstood the point of the review because it really isn't about me losing. I can understand that you want a certain standard for a review in here, but is that really the case?, I've seen hundreds of reviews that are more meaningless that are approved, so I'm starting to wonder what kind of site this really is?


You can therefore also close my account


Playing casino online is not the way it used to be a few years ago, it has really gotten worse for the players, with reduced RTP etc with a bunch of new questionable casinos being launched, I just want to say to the players in here be more critical of where you put your money

Hi, I don't think it is necessary to come to such a decision immediately and I think we can sort it out. The reason why the user review was not accepted was that we had the impression that it was just about you losing, because you went on to write that you have been playing in the casino for years, which is not some relevant information, and then you wrote that players should stay away from Dama NV. If you describe a bit more what happened to you in the casino and it is not just "It is always the same pattern; it is absolutely impossible to win anything that results in a withdrawal", the review can be accepted. 

I think it is necessary for players to see the experience before they see that a player hasn't won somewhere and has been playing in casinos for a long time. I hope that's okay and you understand what I mean. 

However, if you insist that we close your account, we will do so. Anyway, I don't think we have to come to that decision right away.

I have no problem with losing, but if it turns out that the reason I lose is because of unfair play, then you must be allowed to react. I mean that's the point here; my experience with this casino brand is precisely that I think it is not a fair game. The problem is that I have no proof, I only have my experience and comparison with other casinos, but surely this is not a court case where evidence must be presented, but a place where people share their experiences?


I was just surprised that this review was not approved, when I see how many other uninformative reviews you approve, it should be said that I actually sent you an example of such an uninformative review, then you agreed and deleted it, so fair enough.

I understand your position and yes you are right to describe your own experience. I think it is always best to give more facts than things around. Another thing is that if you say that you think a casino has unfair games or fake games or something like that, you need some proof for that. Otherwise, it could just become that everybody would write whatever they want just for the fact that it is their opinion and experience. We have to follow some rules when accepting or rejecting user reviews anyway, and we always try to keep them honest. I'm not saying yours wasn't and I believe you had a bad experience. We need more than that to accept it so that it doesn't just look like you lost and that's really all that happened. Anyway, thank you for your insight, because I personally find it more helpful to know how a player thinks and I'm glad you spoke up. Problems are meant to be solved, so that's what I would say.
