1win取款不到账!

我9月10日早上8点取款的,到现在没有到账,提款状态是waiting。

我发送了邮件给他们!他们一直都是机器人回复!说的都是很快能收到回复!我不知道什么时候能收到他们的回复!至少应该给个时间框架吧!

我和在线客服沟通过!他们说我的账户没有问题!让我换种提款方式!我换了提款方式!但是没有用。

我之前一直用trc20存取款。

要是能给我个时间才好!让我知道等多长时间!我也不知道我的账户现在什么情况!

总之就是不能取款!

太无奈了 !我受不了了

I do not really understood what you wrote in your language, but I went through your complaint, and I found out that you're been accused of the 9.7 clause, so sorry bro, you played at a terrible casino, its been more than 2months now since I laid a complaint, until today the casino have not given something tangible as a reason for closing my account!

Your own case is better, for mine I have never made withdrawals from the account and they blocked it without refunding my funds!

I believe they're just stealing customers funds to enrich themselves, they ain't capable of running a fair casino!
