Ne govorim o jurenju za dobicima ili zavisnosti - mislim na one sesije gde ste jednostavno pomalo pod stresom, stvari u životu vam deluju čudno, i sednete da zavrtite sto ili igrate blekdžek da biste resetovali mozak.
Za mene, ponekad nije ni bitan ishod. Napunim mali balans, pustim malo opuštajuće muzike i jednostavno kliknem.
To je kao: „Evo nečega što mogu da kontrolišem, čak i ako je rezultat slučajan."
Da li još neko koristi kockanje kao tako čudnu samoregulaciju? Ili ja samo previše razmišljam o celoj stvari lol.
Not talking about chasing wins or being addicted - I mean those sessions where you're just kinda stressed, things in life feel off, and you sit down to spin or play blackjack to reset your brain.
For me, it’s not even about the outcome sometimes. I’ll load up a small balance, throw on some chill music, and just click.
It’s like: "Here’s something I can control, even if the result’s random."
Anyone else use gambling as weird self-regulation like that? Or am I just overthinking the whole thing lol.
