No i had won but they do not pay out for weeks everytime they send it back but they are also ilegal in the netherlands

I can see your complaint which was closed as "unjustified" and Tomas has explained to you how it is with a casino license as well: "If a casino allows players from a certain country to deposit and play, they should pay their legitimate winnings. By the same principle, if a player deposits in a casino and loses, the player is not eligible for a refund. We can't penalize casinos if they lack any particular license."

So I am sorry that you actually feel that this casino is a scam, but everyone can see and determine their own opinion about that.

You can file a formal complaint to Bilderlings Pay informing them about the fact that they are colluding with an illegal casino operator from outside the European Region and that these payments are illegal.

if they refuse to cooperate you can threaten them with exposing their involvement to the KSA which is happy to investigate illegal casino operators and their banks and escalate the complaint to the UK authorities too.

This thread is really useful because a lot of players probably didn’t realize they were technically playing on unlicensed sites before the regulation change.

Curious to see how these cases develop and whether it sets a precedent for other countries too.
