What are your experiences with the new casino licensor Curaçao Gaming Control Board (CGCB)? How fast do they react to complaints? How well do they handle them? Are they reliable? Thanks in advance

Hello, it would probably be best if players who have already played in such casinos with a new license would answer you. I guess it can be individual for each casino how fast the withdrawals go and of course they are affected by many other things. 

If we are talking about complaining to the licensing authority, they don't have any center to take care of this process yet. 

So probably the best thing to do would be to look at player reviews or complaints on us or other sites where you can find out what players are dealing with and how quickly they can resolve it. 

That would probably be my advice. 🙂

They do not answer emails. They do not deal with complaints. They do not care about you or the casino that has scammed you.

The GCB is the worst entity out there. The only thing They want is casinos licensed there, só They can make their money and that's it.

There is also a new Dispute resolution alternative in Curaçao, that seems to be almost functioning at 100% . We will see if its good or not.
