Jednostavno ne radi...
Pokušavam da podignem 500 CAD od 22.11.
Oni samo nastavljaju da otkazuju koristeći kao izgovor da će Interac transferi isteći nakon 48 sati. Pa dobro radi u drugim kazinima.
Jutros sam pokušao ponovo da podnesem otkazani zahtev... ponovo... po četvrti put... i njihov sajt jednostavno nije radio.
Podrška mi je jednostavno rekla da pokušam ponovo sutra i zatvorila ćaskanje.
I nisam spomenuo njihov užasan KIC proces...
Sledeće nedelje ću podneti žalbu u formatu ako mi ne plate.
Gubim se reči da opišem koliko je užasan ovaj kazino. Kako je moguće da imaju 9,2 skor sa visokim bezbednosnim rezultatom? Nema smisla. Casino Guru mora ovo da ispravi.

It simply doesn't work...
I've been trying to withdraw 500 CAD since 11/22.
They just keep canceling using as an excuse that Interac transfers will timeout after 48hours. Well it works fine at other casinos.
This morning I tried to re-submit a canceled request... again ... for the 4th time... and their site just didn't work.
Support simply told me to retry tomorrow and closed the chat.
And I didn't mention their horrible KYC process...
I will submit a format complain next week if they don't pay me.
I'm at a lost of words to describe how awful this casino is. How can they possibly have a 9.2 score with a high security score ? It makes no sense. Casino Guru needs to make this right.
