I understand the rule about links, but could you explain why they're not allowed? I want to make sure I understand the reasoning behind it?

It's easy, because according to our rules it's not allowed. Both pages are most likely affiliate websites, which we do not support here.
We try to make sure that links will be leading to casinos we have in our database to see their safety index, rather than to sites that "recommend" casinos and bonuses.
