Nedavno sam dobio odgovor na staru žalbu koju sam imao. Odeljenje za alternativno rešavanje sporova (neću ga imenovati za sada, ali to je jedno od licenciranih odeljenja za alternativno rešavanje sporova na Kurasau) je odgovorilo na moju žalbu rekavši da su prihvatili moj prigovor. Rekli su da će poslati prigovor operateru i da imaju 2 nedelje da odgovore. To je bilo pre 6 nedelja. Nikada nisam čuo ništa od operatera ili odeljenja za alternativno rešavanje sporova.
U svojoj prvoj poruci, ADR je naveo da operater nije obavezan da prihvati spor ako nisam u EU (što jesam). Zatim sam dobio imejl u kojem je navedeno da zapravo nije važno da li sam u EU ili ne, operater mora da prihvati spor u svakom slučaju.
U osnovi, ili operateri ne prihvataju sporove ili jednostavno ne žele da ih reše jer odbijaju da priznaju greške i vrate novac, i iako zakon očigledno kaže da moraju da prihvate sporove od stanovnika EU, to nije bitno, jer se nalaze na Kurasau... ostrvu punom idiota i prevaranata. Raj za svaki prevarantski kazino.
Štaviše, u ADR-u se navodi da nisu obavezni da istražuju ili traže bilo kakve informacije od operatera... što oduzima smisao ADR-a. Kurasao samo nastavlja da izdaje licence nasumičnim preduzećima koja žele da se bave utajom poreza i prevarom, a zapravo ne žele da rade posao koji tvrde da žele da rade.
Ukratko; Kurasao ostaje raj za prevaren i korumpiran kazina.
Recently, I received a follow up on an old complaint I had. The ADR Department (I will not name it for now, but its one of the licensed ADR in curacao) followed up on my complaint saying they had accepted my dispute. They stated they would send the dispute to the operator and they had 2 weeks to respond. This was 6 weeks ago. Never heard from the operator or the ADR Department.
The ADR stated in their 1st message, that the operator is not obliged to accept the dispute if I am not in the EU( which i am). I then received an email stating that it didnt actually matter if i am in the EU or not, the operator has to accept the dispute either way.
Basically, either operators don't accept disputes or they just dont want to solve because they refuse to acknowledge errors and refund money, and even though the law apparently says they must accept dispute from EU residents, i doesn't matter, because they are based in curacao... an island full of idiots and scammers. The paradise for every rogue casino.
Furthermore, the ADR states they are not obliged to investigate or request any information from the operator... which takes away the point of an ADR. Curaçao just keeps issuing licenses to random businesses that want to do Tax evasion and fraud and don't actually want to do the work they claim to want to do.
TLDR; Curacao remains a rogue and corrupt paradise for casinos.
