I have a pending withdrawal with lucky legends through coindraw. It’s been three days which is typical with this casino, but usually it would be approved on the third day. I messaged them and got the usual response


"The Coindraw withdrawal time frames are

based on an algorithm that assesses

customer activity. Currently, the system

shows that your transaction is queued will

be getting processed within the following

3-7 calendar days."


My question is should I cancel this withdrawal and submit a new one and select Bitcoin instead of Coindraw? Or should I just wait it out? I’m nervous now after reading other people complaining about how inclave casinos are taking forever in paying out winnings.

I would give it a week. You can always try Bitcoin. Though, I won't be happy about the progress.

It more or less seems there are too many pending withdrawals waiting to get processed, so I won't cancel yours to start over. I mean, it has been three days already, why take the risk to start again from the first...

How does that sound?

So I received my payout, and then I deposited some more money to play. I got my balance up to $1250 that I decided to cash out. Now I receive an email from them congratulating me and telling me before they can approve my withdrawal request I need to submit three documents for verification; My ID, a utility bill, and….a signed credit card agreement form?? I have no problem with the first two documents, but a credit card agreement form? I only use crypto for deposits, and I have no idea where I’d even find a signed credit card agreement form. Any time I applied for credit it was online. This is ridiculous 😑


Edit: I think I didn’t read it carefully because I was taken aback. There’s a note below the requirements stating that that if I deposited with a credit card I am required to submit signed credit card agreement document. So I THINK I’m safe because I deposited with crypto. I’ll update again if an issue arises.

I'm sorry to hear this is not the end of it. And yes, I would say using crypto should prevent such requirements. 🤔 - that would make sense to me.

So I'm relieved it was just a misunderstanding. Was it?

Thanks Radka for getting back to me. I unfortunately canceled my withdrawal so I could play again and lost it all 🤦🏻‍♀️ I did submit the first two documents though before I did that. I am having a problem with wild vegas casino now with them not paying out my win for over 14 days now. Should I start a new post with that or should I add it here?

Thanks Radka, yes I opened a complaint a couple days ago, and I am to update there if there’s any change in the status of my withdrawal request. I’m so glad this forum exists, I like using it 😃

You made a good step, and I'm quite convinced the complaint provides a fair chance to reason up with the casino.

I mean with a above an average safety index the casino currently has I would expect that much.
