Ah this has given me some hope. Cardaq asked for me to fill out a KYC form a few days back but I havent heard from them since. Did they refund you after the KYC?

Do you know which other merchants cardaq process?


I did the whole back and forth and KYC with them for Basi via but they then turned around and said they couldn’t refund as Basi were no longer with them/ shut down.

How did you get the kyc check?

I found a couple of merchants that they process and have proof after test buys. I filed a complaint but get response from dispute manager to contact the card provider and the merchants and they cannot do anything

Not yet, they sent me a KYC form to fill out 2 days ago and haven't heard anything since.

No i emailed them via the complaints email and then the disputes manager emailed me back telling me to fill out KYC and sent me a link

Ill keep you updated if i hear back but ive heard mixed messages. Some say they got a response and refunded and others say they were declined. Mine is for merchants mlsys and imgvibes.

Thanks. What did you write to the complaint team? They just responded that I must contact the merchants direct and then the card provider as they cannot refund any money

Maybe its because the merchants you mentioned they dont work with anymore. Which merchants was it for? All i said was i have transactions on my statement traced back to them that I did not authorise and that I would like a refund or I will raise a chargeback instead.

Yeh same merchants but I don’t know if they were the payment provider for me. I’m hoping they were. Will keep you posted also 🙂

- tamo ćete pronaći link dobavljača plaćanja koji je obradio vašu uplatu (npr. Taslink, paymentiq, rapyd, itd.)


U tom trenutku, kontaktirajte tog dobavljača da biste zatražili povraćaj novca.
