Chase, they've opened it and they're investigating it, they said they're going to do an investigation and if they need any more information they'll be in touch, and it may take a while longer due to the nature of the claim but it's been forwarded to the specialist team.

I bank with Monzo, I've reported all of my transactions as a scam. Stating that they're committing MCC fraud, transaction laundering and money laundering for an illegal service. All of which is totally true.

I've tried to withdraw my funds and I can't, hence why it's an absolute scam.

Be prepared to provide evidence, collect as much as you can, i've got a fair bit on this Santeda group and the multiple Nikotpf merchants, sent a good amount in, which is why i think they've escalated my chargeback dispute. We should all try and put up whatever evidence we can without sharing personal info and just do a group push on these dodgy merchants all at once, surely that'll trigger some kind of investigation.

There's a few guys over on the casinomeister forums who have had issues with these guys too, might be worth asking questions over there too.

Count me in. I'm up for forming a Telegram or Discord group to make this happen.

I got the same, did a chargeback on all transactions via Revolut.

Wrote to Mobilumpay and asked if it is ok if I do a chargeback via Revolut as I have not received any cryptocurrency from them, and they replied that yes, please contact your bank etc.

So they respond pretty quickly when you email them, usually takes a day or so at most.

So submitted this as proof of contact to Revolut.

Skrev till Mobilumpay och frågade om det är ok om jag gör en chargeback via Revolut då jag inte fått någon kryptovaluta av dom, och dom svarade att ja, ta gärna kontakt med din bank etc.

Så dom svarar iallafall rätt fort när man mailar till dom, brukar ta någon dag max.

Så skickade in detta som bevis för kontakt till Revolut.
