Osporio sam optužbe kod Rev banke koja koristi MasterCard. Ne prepoznajem naziv kompanije i sporno korišćenje neisporučene robe. Dobio sam sledeće povratne informacije.
„nakon pažljive istrage zahteva za spor, vaš zahtev je odbijen. U obavezi smo da obradimo zahtev u skladu sa pravilima primenljivog brenda vaše bankovne kartice (MasterCard).
Nažalost, nemamo prava na spor u ovakvim slučajevima. To znači da nećemo moći da refundiramo vašu transakciju ili da dalje pomognemo u sporu.
Zvuči kao da banka predaje knjigu MasterCard-u kada su oni odgovorni. Kada proguglam broj telefona na transakciji na mom bankovnom izvodu, ne pojavljuje se ništa, niti naziv kompanije na bankovnom izvodu.

I disputed charges with Rev bank who use MasterCard. I don't recognise company name and disputed using goods not delivered. I received the following feedback.
'after careful investigation of the dispute request your claim has been declined. We're obliged to process the request under the rules under the applicable brand of your bank card(MasterCard).
Unfortunately we don't have dispute rights in cases such as these. That means we won't be able to refund your transaction or assist further in the dispute.
Sounds like the bank are passing the book to MasterCard when they are responsible. When I Google the telephone number on the transaction on my bank statement it brings up nothing, nor the company name on the bank statement.
What to do next? Email MasterCard to report the bank?
