Genuine Confusion Regarding Rankings

I am somewhat new to the crypto casino / gambling space, and I have just discovered this website and all the sites they have reviewed / ranked. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in what world are all these casinos ranked 'safer' than Stake.com or Shuffle.com? What are the characteristics of an online casino that would move it's rank higher up the list, and what makes it sink lower? Without playing on every site on the front page of the 'Crypto Casino' tier list, I can guarantee that none of those sites are safer than Stake.com if you have a KYC lvl 2 verified account. Those accounts cost $2 by the way. I've withdrawn 500 LTC INSTANTLY from Stake, like literally the second I input my email code to confirm the withdraw, the transaction was initiated. Can you say the same about all the other sites that are listed the 'safest'? How many crypto casinos can you guarantee will pay you out no problem regardless of the amount (I'm talking millions).

If I am wrong just tell me I am actually curious and not just trying to promote Stake like you see everywhere else. I just can't fathom how Crickex, which I have never heard of until now, is listed a 9.8 safety rating. Please help me understand.
